Amnesty International
These are human right activists who do not support death penalty; they oppose death penalty at all times, regardless of who is accused, the crime, guilt or innocence or method of execution. Amnesty International started to oppose death penalty since 1977 whereas there were only 16 countries that abolished it, but until today there are more than 140 countries.
They oppose death penalty because they sees it as it deny human rights like right to life, it is irreversible and mistake can happen during its implementation, they also believe that death penalty does not deter or reduce crimes and also it can be discriminating.

Therefore Tanzania laws provides for the punishment of death penalty as the sentence for those guilty of murder. And the president is needed to sign or approve the sentence in order for the penalty to be implemented. But  the  murder  cases are increasing every day.
